There was a big sale on glazes up in Runyan’s Pottery in Clio, Michigan and I took great advantage of it yesterday. I added an additional 20 more glazes to my glaze stock for making Art Tiles. I am excitedly awaiting spring to grab some beautiful ferns from the Northern Michigan forests in the U.P. But, I won’t be waiting with idle hands! I bought a beautiful bouquet of yellow daisies to work on some flower tiles and I received a gorgeous lavender potted plant that has blooms just begging to be impressed into clay tiles. I am working on some mugs for the Bucksnort Trading Company’s Tavern in Blackwater, MO. Soon I will be posting to Etsy some cool LEECH jars that are pretty fancy and would have graced the shelves of a country doc.
