I just got an inquiry from an archeologist in South Carolina who is interested in some reproduction pottery, my favorite– feather trailed slipware! I am excited to begin making some antique reproduction pieces for their consideration. I will be making some mugs and posset pots this week with sticking to the glazes and slips found at their site! I have some sherds that were sent to me from England last year, and they look very much like the pieces in S.C. Just goes to show you, history is so exciting!!
Can’t wait to get started!!!

Hi Diane! I would be happy to make one for you. Please let me know what size you want, how many handles? I will make a few and you can choose from them. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi sue, I too have been searching for a faithful reproduction of an English posset pot, I would be very interested to see your finished pots and would also appreciate the opportunity of buying one? Best wishes Risa
